Interior Inspection
- Run water in all showers, and sinks, and flush toilets, run garbage disposal
- Check for visual signs of any water damage, mold or mildew. This includes under sinks, water heater, washing machine, dishwasher and dehumidifiers
- Verify requested AC, and dehumidifier settings
- Check for any signs of rodent, insect or pest intrusion
- Check for any visual signs of water intrusion or mold
- Check that fridge and freezers are at an acceptable setting
- Inspect circuit breakers and reset if needed
- Inspect garage for any water or pest intrusion
- Check vehicle maintainers, and look for flat tires
- Make sure curtains and blinds are closed and fans are on if requested
- Turn off main water source prior to departure if requested
- Inspect air conditioning filters for cleanliness
Exterior Inspection
Turn on main water source to home if off
Examine perimeter of property to look for any broken windows, ripped screens, look for any forced entry and/or vandalism, storm damage and animal intrusion
Check all windows, doors, garage doors are securely closed and locked
Check to make sure landscaping and pool services are being taken care of
Visual check of roof from ground level for any obvious damage
Check lanai, cage and screening for any tears or damage
Visual check of boat, dock, lift, and canopy
Visual check of pool equipment, and any other exterior equipment for leaks
Check mailbox and front porch for mail and deliveries (Forwarding service available)
Return trash cans to designated area if out
Check exterior lighting if request to have on for security

- Forwarding services for mail and packages
- Run vehicles to maintain battery
- Provide access to your property for scheduled deliveries, contractor access, service provider
- Storm prep services including securing exterior items as necessary, storm shutters
- Post storm services including returning furniture, taking down storm shutters, visual inspection for possible damage
- Change smoke detector, Co2 batteries
- Change furnace filters
- Pick up and deliver food and drink orders placed by client for preparation of arrival
- Home opening services including turning on water, water heater, pool heater, any appliance, turn on selected lights, change A/C settings, and any additional requests
- Home closing services after scheduled departure including turning off water, water heater and any appliances requested, re-set thermostat to requested “away” temperature, empty refrigerator, secure and lock home
- Replace exterior bulbs for security purposes
